We, Keshav Kripa Polyplast Llp, were founded in the year 2015 and today counted amongst noted manufacturers, suppliers and traders of the polyplast industry due to our efficiency in providing sturdy piping structures. We have rapidly evolved in the last two years and during this journey the accolades that we have gained has motivated us to be the best in our industry. Currently, we are providing the most remarkable assortment of Double Wall Corrugated Pipe, HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe, HDPE Pipe, HDPE DWC Pipe and many other which are available in multiple sizes ranging from 150 MM TO 500 MM.
In
the manufacturing of these pipes top-notch quality HDPE granules are
used as it has excellent strength density ratio that is needed for the
durability of the pipes. HDPE pipes are used for agriculture &
irrigation, water supply, ducting, electrical installations and allied
industrial purposes and therefore, we make sure that its manufacturing
is done as per the specification given by that particular client.
Our Quality Management
The
total quality management process we have adopted helps us to bring
forth products that are not only free of flaws but are also of
international quality standards. Our quality management process begins
with the primary stage of production and is carried till the goods are
not packed as after all quality means everything to us. Our quality
checking laboratory in which the pipes are delivered to after production
has the most accurate testing tools equipped in it that helps the
quality controller attain efficiency in their work. The parameters on
which the entire testing of the pipes are done include:
- Weather resistance
- Sturdiness and durability
- Impact and abrasion resistance
- Chemical resistance and many more
In the end, the products are also sent for third party quality inspection to CIPET, Jaipur.
